The property at 51 Florence Avenue, Orewa, is up for Mortgagee Sale again, just three months after it was sold by auction.
Back in February the auction brought about a situation, described by a Barfoots Real Estate agent as “unusual”, where the mortgagor, Alan Morton Jones, purchased the property back from the mortgagee.
The sale of the former Rodney Real Estate building failed to settle but Barfoots advises that Mr Morton Jones had to pay the deposit.
The property is now for sale by Tender, closing at 4pm on June 8.
