Mixed response to Sunday trading in Warkworth

The future of the town centre was discussed at length at a meeting held at The Bridgehouse.
A united approach to opening on Sundays was just one of the issues discussed when Warkworth business owners met at The Bridgehouse on August 16.
The meeting was called to try to identify how businesses, and retailers in particular, could act collectively to inject some life back into Warkworth’s town centre, in the hope of making it a destination.
