After a wait of several years, KEA Property Group’s plans to build a business hub on the corner of Molesworth and Estuary Drives have finally started.
Six commercial trade units will be constructed by A-Line Construction, with one unit already sold and others under negotiation. The business hub will surround the new Gull NZ self-station, which is also under construction.
KEA quantity surveyor Daniel Maloney says it is exciting to finally break ground.
“Development is progressing well and to programme. Completion is expected by November, ready for owner/occupiers to set-up and open before the busy Christmas period,” he says.
