Real estate definitely runs in the blood for Vinnie and Jennie Templeton, a mother and son team who have recently started selling properties in the Mahurangi area under the Arizto Real Estate banner.

Together, they have more than 30 years’ experience in the industry and come from a whole family passionate about the profession.

Mother and son first started selling together when Vinnie made the switch from being a registered electrician with a degree in geology to real estate on the West Coast of the South Island.

After several years of success, they decided to move back to Snells Beach, where Jennie has had a home for nearly 10 years, and join Arizto, something which Vinnie says was a no-brainer.

“I love real estate but wasn’t happy with the high fees being charged,” he says. “Arizto are shaking things up with exciting low commission and free professional photography, videography, drone footage and more.

“With traditional agencies, you generally pay for marketing upfront, so you could spend several thousand dollars and if the property doesn’t sell, you’re out of pocket.”

The dynamic duo say they are looking forward to bringing their down-to-earth, personal approach to the local property market.

“We’re really enthusiastic, and after 30 odd years we understand how to explain the sales process and take the stress out of selling your property. We are passionate about putting people and houses together.”
