New Zealand’s leading group of skincare clinics has arrived in the district, with the opening of Caci Warkworth in The Warkworth Oaks retirement village complex, off Queen Street.

Caci offers a wide range of skin and appearance treatments, from microdermabrasion and laser hair removal to LED light therapy and cosmetic injectables. However, it specialises in personalising a membership and payment plan, where customers’ individual concerns and goals are set and paid for using weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments to spread the cost.

Running the new clinic is experienced skin therapist Alicia Nixon, who has moved from the North Shore to Warkworth with her family to coincide with the opening of this, her second clinic – she also owns Caci Silverdale. Alicia, who moved to New Zealand from South Africa 11 years ago, brings 25 years of working with international beauty brands, including Christian Dior, Elizabeth Arden and Estee Lauder, and a passion for helping customers to feel confident in their skin.

“At Caci, we’re all about customers and their needs, their goals and their journey, and creating a loving, safe environment where they can feel comfortable,” she says. “A lot of people can feel intimidated, but we’re here to help everyone, no matter what their concerns are.”

The first step is a free consultation to chat about what a customer is looking for and the best treatments to achieve that, focusing on skin health, laser hair removal, cosmetic injectables or body shaping, and personalised membership options are put together including easy payment options, savings on treatments and skincare, plus rewards such as free facials.

Alicia says that by breaking the payment down into instalments, it makes the treatments more affordable and more effective, as Caci customers reap the benefits of personalised treatments on a regular basis.

Joining Alicia at Caci Warkworth are registered nurse Debbie Hintz, from Snells Beach, and two skin therapists, Claire Knapp and Brenna Jacob, both Warkworth locals.
