The Warkworth Rose and Flower Show committee has regrettably decided to cancel its centenary show, organised for November 12.
Organiser Annette Sharp says the uncertainty caused by Covid-19 restrictions has forced the committee’s hand.
The only other time in history the show has been cancelled was during World War II.
Annette says the committee looks forward to bringing back the show in 2022, which will be “year 101” since its inception.
