Two years after being demolished, Waiwera hot pools look set to rise again as a wellness destination, following the launch of a new $50 million concept plan last week. The latest proposal includes 28 pools, a cafe, a spa and wellness hub and comes from Waiwera Thermal Springs Property LP (WTSP), which has signed an agreement with current owners Urban Partners to acquire the vacant site.
