Our talented students have been working tirelessly, pouring their energy and “thinks” into a production that promises to be a vibrant, toe-tapping treat for the whole Warkworth community.
From the mischievous Cat in the Hat to the big-hearted Horton the Elephant, our cast is buzzing with excitement and can’t wait to bring these iconic Dr Seuss characters to life on stage. Whether you’re a fan of the faithful Gertrude McFuzz or the “amazing” Mayzie La Bird, there is a piece of the Seuss universe for everyone to enjoy.
Since its Broadway debut in 2000, Seussical has become one of the most beloved and frequently performed musicals in the world. Its message of friendship, loyalty, and the importance of standing up for what you believe in—even if you’re “alone in the universe”—continues to resonate across generations. It’s a story for the whole family that reminds us all that “a person’s a person, no matter how small.”
