Specializing in performing the incredible and indelible hits of ABBA, to great acclaim – ABBA Heaven! has fans nationwide of its own.
Featuring the powerhouse soprano vocals of Ness Abernethy as “Agnetha” and mezzo soprano Pauline Berry as “Frida” combo, you won’t hear a closer soundalike ABBA band. John Gorbey on guitar, keyboards and vocals as Benny, and introducing vocalist Karl Donovan as Bjorn. The second keyboard player is Stuart Pearce, also the band’s producer, a legendary player who is in the NZ Music Hall of fame as a member of Hello Sailor.
ABBA Heaven! audiences have so much fun, dancing and singing along to Fernando, Gimme Gimme Gimme, Chiquitita, Dancing Queen, Waterloo, Lay All Your Love on Me, Mamma Mia! The band performs 34 gorgeous ABBA songs during the show. Wear your glam disco, ABBA 70s and 80’s wigs, sequins and boots!
