Introducing – A1 Homes Northland

For more than 20 years, A1homes has been providing Northland with quality, affordable homes. Now, those looking to build in Mangawhai have greater access to expert homebuilding advice, design options and land and home packages, with the opening of a new A1homes showhome at Mangawhai Central.

 Already an established name in the Northland homebuilding market, the company hopes its new Mangawhai showhome will help people see what is possible when designing and building a new home.

“We’ve been building homes in Mangawhai and throughout the Kaipara District for many years, and with the significant development happening, there is a lot of growth in the area. It’s wonderful to make it easier for our clients to come and see the showhome and chat with us about what we have to offer,” A1homes director, Bruce Martin says.

With an in-house building and construction team, A1homes offers a flexible approach to homebuilding, allowing customers to modify standard plans, create new designs and select materials to suit their needs and budgets.

 The team also has experience building on challenging sites, including sloping sections requiring piled foundations, as well as homes using standard rib raft foundations.

 A1homes also has land and home packages available at Mangawhai Central and aims to support the local community by using local tradespeople and suppliers wherever possible.

 The showhome is open Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am–2pm, and Saturdays from 10am–2pm.
