Some residents living in the Templeton development at Warkworth Ridge, off Te Honohono ki Tai Road, are upset that they are not receiving a home delivery mail service.
NZ Post says that while it understand the inconvenience residents are experiencing, it is working closely with the developers to resolve the issue.
It says it will be able to deliver mail to Warkworth Ridge homes once developers have installed letterbox clusters at agreed locations.
In the interim, it says residents could consider using a private post office box costing between $185 and $480annually, depending on the type of box required. As at May 1, Warkworth had 750 post office boxes, with around 300 available.
Templeton Group was not available to comment.
