Rodney Neighbourhood Support (RNS) new membership database is now up and running. This will help the community stay better connected, share information more efficiently, and support local neighbourhoods during everyday events as well as emergency situations.
If anyone wishes to update their information, RNS invites them to complete their updated membership form.
This only takes a few minutes and can be done online at: https://nsrodney.org.nz/join-form/
Updated details will help RNS:
- improve communication
- support emergency readiness
- connect neighbours with local street contacts
- strengthen the overall safety and wellbeing of our communities
RNS’s Margaret Faed acknowledged their street contacts for the essential role they played.
“They are an important link between RNS and their neighbourhoods, passing on timely updates and helping foster strong, connected streets in Rodney.
“If you are already a street contact please continue in your role as your contribution is greatly appreciated.
Anyone interested in becoming a street contact for their area can let RNS know via the membership form or by emailing rns.coordinator@gmail.com
Faed added that neighbourhood support is at its best when the community works together.
“Thank-you for being part of our community network and helping make Rodney a safer and more connected place to live. If you have any questions or need assistance completing the form, please feel free to get in touch.”
