Applications are invited for the position of Hinamoki Estate Manager.
An opportunity has risen for an experienced ‘handy-person’ to become the new Hinamoki Estate manager. This role will suit someone who likes to work outdoors, has skills with planting, mowing and maintaining a large area of land, and who is able to liaise effectively with different groups of people varying from residents, Kaipara District Council and the established Hinamoki residents committee.
This is a part time position working approximately 24-30 hours per week, but there is some flexibility with the hours. Currently, some of the estate’s maintenance is completed by external contractors and there is an assumption that this will continue
Most of the manager’s role is external physical work and there is also an administration aspect to the role, assisting the committee with reports or information, processing petty cash and assisting with email queries.
Being local and able to work on site is essential. Start date from March/April 26, although the position will remain open until it is filled.
