Work on the Whangaparāoa end of Penlink, seen from homes on nearby Cedar Terrace.
After a long wait, the Waka Kotahi report on predicted traffic noise for the O Mahurangi Penlink project has finally been made public.
Hibiscus Matters has been seeking the report since the middle of last year.
It details plans to mitigate the sound of vehicles along parts of the route, largely through the use of road surface material designed to reduce noise.
