Cuisine – Oreo Love Pops

Makes 12 Pops
Ingredients:
1 pack Oreo biscuits (Double Stuff)
12 lollipop sticks
290g white chocolate melts
Gel food colouring
Sprinkles

Method: Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave for 1 minute at a time while stirring in-between – repeat until melted. A doubleboiler on the stovetop can also be used to melt the chocolate. 
Colour as desired with gel food colouring – a little goes a long way. 
Remove the Oreos from the packet and open them up. Dip the lollipop stick in the chocolate to about 1/2 an inch depth and place it gently into the middle of an Oreo. Stick the other half of the Oreo back on, making sure they align.
Place the Oreos with sticks on a pre-lined baking tray and pop them in the fridge to set for about 5min. Once set, dip all Oreos in the melted chocolate, allow the excess chocolate to drip off, decorate with sprinkles. Once all dipped and decorated, place them back in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Serve cold or allow them to come to room temp first. Enjoy!
