There’s much more to farm biosecurity to washing your boots, according to Beef + Lamb NZ, which is why it is organising a special workshop on the subject next month.

Protecting Your Patch will be held at the Kaipara Flats Rugby Club this Wednesday, November 12, from 10.30am until 2.30pm.

Technical policy senior manager Will Halliday will lead the workshop, covering topics such as understanding dry stock biosecurity guidelines, on-farm interventions and practical tools, as well as helping participants to build their own farm protection plan. Info and registrations:
