If you own a dog and live in or visit kiwi zones in the Rodney area, Kiwi Aversion Training is an essential step to help protect our precious native birds.
Open to working dogs, hunting dogs, and family pets, these quick and effective 10-minute sessions help teach dogs to avoid the scent of kiwi using specialised e-collar training techniques, guided by an experienced trainer.
Whether your dog is new to training or due for a refresher, this is a simple but powerful way to play your part in keeping kiwi safe.
Join the 200+ local dogs who have already completed Kiwi Aversion Training and be part of the effort to protect our native birds.
β Free of charge β thanks to the generous support of the Rodney Local Board
