Dog owners face wait for bylaw review

Mangawhai resident Howard Jury was inspired to create the petition while walking his beloved cavoodle Izzy. The man responsible for presenting Kaipara District Council (KDC) with a petition seeking a seasonal change to its Dog Control Bylaw says he is disappointed dog owners could face another two or three years before changes are made.
